What do your acne, allergies, and mood have in common?
Your gut.

You might say "wait- what does pollen have to do with my gut?!" "I get allergies because of pollen, not because of my digestion." OR you might say "I am a woman and that's why I have acne around my periods, it's inevitable"

Welp, you do you, boo. If you want to keep believing that, go for it! But if you want to explore the possibility that there might be a root cause of your symptoms, keep on reading (or just go str8 to the blog)!

ACNE

Your acne is related to your gut because gut inflammation creates skin inflammation, to put it simply. Can you see now how that really expensive skincare routine might be fruitless (or at best, just mildly effective)? In order to heal your skin from acne or eczema, you have to work from the ground up and not the other way around.

ALLERGIES

70-80% of our immune system cells are in our gut. Isn't that wild? The more robust our gut is, the less susceptible we are to allergens and pathogens. It's not (only) pollen, it's your response to it.

MOOD

Another pretty crazy fact: 95% of serotonin is created in our gut! Whaaaa? Serotonin is the happiness neurotransmitter, and if our gut is dysfunctional you can bet it's not producing as much of those feel-good chemicals we need in life.

Whether you suffer from either one of these or the whole trifecta, I encourage you to check out the blog post to learn more about it and for helpful tips on how to support it!

✨Client Spotlight: Yuli, 26✨

When Yuli first came to me she reported excess bloating, constipation, and gas. Her digestive discomfort made her feel uncomfortable in her own skin and she didn't enjoy being around others at times. These gut issues were super common though but were not normal. It's not normal to feel like crap, even if everyone around you looks like they're going through the same thing.

3 months into Nutritional Therapy and Yuli's symptoms were almost gone! Check that candid screenshot from her Food Journal to see how she felt! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Change is possible, I promise! You just need to do the work and walk alongside someone who knows the way.

Please please please don't walk alone. It will just make the road feel scary, confusing, and frustrating.

Announcement: Only 2 Spots left for April Coaching πŸ”₯

I currently have space for two more clients for the month of April! In order to give my clients the time and attention they deserve, I am now limiting my availability to better serve them and you!

- "Mariu, I really want to do Nutritional Therapy but I just can't justify the price"

I get it and I respect that. If you can't right now, please don't sweat it because I will always be an NTP and I will always be here for when you're financially ready!

The best advice I can give you is to do as much as you can on your own so when we meet there's some ground covered (not a prerequisite, though).

But just for the sake of perspective, here's a list of things that are more expensive than my 9-week program:

  • Getting a colonoscopy because you've been constipated forever: +$1200.

  • Infertility treatments: +$20,000

  • Eating out at nice restaurants every weekend for 9 weeks: $800-900

  • The lifetime cost of antiallergics and over the counter pain medications (some of you be getting allergies and headaches every day πŸ˜•): $3000

I'm all about investments > expenses and Nutritional Therapy is an investment, <<First Name>>!

If you want to know more about my programs or ask me any questions, you know where to find me!

Schedule a 15-minute discovery call

And that's all for today, my friend! Thank you for your time and trust. It means so much!!

Have a playful weekend!
